About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Partnerships Officer to join our team at ICE Creates. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective partnerships strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and funding initiatives
  • Develop and manage proposals, reports, and other materials to support partnerships and fundraising efforts
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the organization's partnerships and fundraising strategy
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in partnerships development, fundraising, or a related field
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
