About The Role
As our Development Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and processes of Single Family Rental (SFR) Development and Land Promotion.
You'll work directly with the Head of SFR, supporting in the delivery of development projects. You'll generate new business, and seek out suitable SFR sites, land promotion opportunities, delivering sites from inception, through planning and to completion & hand over.
You will be responsible for managing external consultants and advisors, liaising with investors, managing complex budgets, as well as helping to create & set up relevant departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of SFR development projects
- Generate new business opportunities and identify suitable SFR sites and land promotion opportunities

Requirements
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join our team. You'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with excellent IT skills
- A strong understanding of development appraisal and planning application submissions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering results
