Community Occupational Therapist Wanted for Short-Term Beds Assessment

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Community Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of community equipment and be able to facilitate a timely return home for individuals discharged to short-term beds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting OT assessments for individuals discharged to short-term beds
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth transition home
Requirements:
- Current UK driving license and access to a car
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is up to £32 per hour, depending on experience.
