Senior Occupational Therapist Role in Acute Medicine

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. As a key member of our Acute Medical Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients.

Main Duties- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in acute medicine
- Support and develop rotational Band 5 therapists
- Supervise therapy support staff
- Contribute to quality improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Health and Care Professions Council registration
- Clinical experience as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist
- Experience of acute medicine and discharge preparation
The estimated salary for this position is around £42,000-£52,000 per annum.
