Connect2SocialWork is recruiting a Community Occupational Therapist to join their team in the County Supported Living and Residential Team. This role will cover until March 2025.
About the RoleThe Community Services Team are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with complex moving and handling skills, good understanding of community equipment, and knowledge of environmental adaptations. Independent working and current registration with HCPC are essential. A UK driving license and access to a car are also required.
Job Responsibilities- Completing OT assessments for individuals discharged from acute hospitals to facilitate timely return home
