We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our Transformation Team in Exeter. This is a hybrid working role, with the option to work from home or travel to site to support meetings and workshops.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless operations related to meetings and workshops, supporting pre-work, facilitating sessions, and following up on outcomes. They will also act as a key point of contact for various programme-related matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and administration. The ideal candidate will have significant administrative experience, including initiating and maintaining office systems, and be proficient in IT systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

As a Project Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from start to finish, and develop your skills in project management, communication, and team collaboration. You will also have the chance to work closely with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality results.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
