Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Construction Project Support Specialist to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd in Exeter, Devon.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm hours available.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project team, ensuring efficient and responsive services to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first point of contact for calls related to stock homes
  • Making proactive calls to residents to book works
  • Offering an effective administration service
  • Working collaboratively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Fulfilling data entry tasks
  • Organising relevant parties for works and repairs
  • Managing client programmes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Access
  • Understanding of customer needs and ability to think on your feet
  • Experience of office procedures and prioritisation of tasks
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Able to maintain accurate records of information
  • Experience in construction is advantageous
