The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join its team on a permanent basis at £37,000 - £42,000 per annum.

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing the day-to-day running of administrative functions within the Women's & Child Health Care Group, including HR elements such as recruitment and retention, attendance and performance monitoring, and awareness and implementation of Health & Safety protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, training operational workflow data collation and monitoring, quality and change management projects, and supporting the Administration Service Manager in turning strategy into tangible positive results and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with team members to ensure smooth operationsManaging administrative tasks and ensuring timely completionMaintaining accurate records and dataSupporting the Administration Service Manager in quality and change management projects

Requirements:

Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in administrative line management, and knowledge of NHS performance targets and change management principles.
