Job Title: NHS Medical Assistant

Location: Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Exeter, Devon

Salary: £24,500 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata)

Job Overview:

This role supports the medical staffing team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Duties:
  1. Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee relations.
  2. Support the coordination of contracts, work schedules, and employee queries.
  3. Develop knowledge of resident doctors' terms and conditions.
  4. Assist with the provision of certificates of sponsorship for overseas doctors.
Person Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of Excel and report creation.
