Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Administration Team within the Community Diagnostic Service at Hull University Teaching Hospital.
As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for patients and customers. Your duties will include managing end-to-end clinical administrative processes, prioritizing competing workloads, and adapting to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Administration Team and wider organization
- Manage end-to-end clinical administrative processes
- Prioritize competing workloads and adapt to changing circumstances
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing circumstances
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Please note that this role is subject to the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa, and HUTH would not be able to issue a visa for this position.
