We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Clerk to support our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a smooth office environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in software applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet clients warmly and manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain an organised office space and support the team with clerical tasks.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist and administrative role is preferred. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel applications are required.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work are essential.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate of $12.35. Benefits include free parking.
