New Business Development Executive

About the Role
The New Business Account Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding new business targets in the education sector. This role will focus on securing new partnerships with educational institutions, such as independent schools and colleges.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new education partnerships, including independent schools and colleges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing solutions to their insurance needs.
- Attend industry conferences and events to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting using CRM systems.
- Support the wider team in managing relationships with key partners and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and provide introductions to other areas of the business.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Ability to exceed individual targets and achieve deadlines.
- Knowledge of insurance sales, preferably in a broker or insurer environment.
- Ability to use CRM tools effectively for opportunity management and reporting.
