Job Title: Community Mental Health Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to support the adult local mental health teams in a dynamic and challenging role. As a community mental health specialist, you will engage proactively with individuals using recovery principles to provide effective care under the Care Programme Approach (CPA). You will be part of a dedicated team that provides vital healthcare services across various settings, including community and acute wards.

You will receive a comprehensive local induction into the role, ensuring a smooth transition. With over 2800 dedicated staff, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's mental health division comprises three directorates: adult mental health, mental health services for older people, and specialist services.

Main Duties:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated band 5 nurses to join our local mental health teams. Your duties will include case management of clients with complex mental health needs, utilizing professional core skills, working with family and friends, and running medication clinics. You will also be involved in the development and promotion of the local mental health teams.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £33,120 - £44,442 per annum, depending on experience. A full UK driving license and a vehicle for business use are required for this post.
