About the Role
Gleeson Homes is seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Finance team, you will work closely with our Regional Managing Director and other senior management to provide financial leadership and support to our operational teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and insight to operational teams, working closely with the Regional Managing Director and other senior management.
- Support and challenge Regional operational teams in assessing new site appraisals, tracking existing site performance, and overheads management.
- Produce comprehensive monthly Regional reporting packs, including financial reports and commentary on operational and financial performance.
- Lead on the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the Region, working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and Central Finance team.
- Support specific projects and other analysis as required by the Divisional Managing Director, Homes FD, CFO, and wider business.
Requirements
- A qualified accountant (e.g. ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with ideally 2-3 years post-qualified experience.
- Previous experience in a finance role with commercial or business partnering exposure.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to develop strong relationships with key operational stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, ensuring integrity in financial reporting and written reports.
- A strong IT user able to deal effectively with a high volume of data.
- An enthusiastic and ambitious team player with a strong work ethic.
