About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering (NPD | Mechanical) to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering design team and overseeing the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of new products
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development opportunities
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to the team
  • Manage the budget and resources for product development projects
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in delivering NPD projects in a technical engineering sector
  • Expertise in planning, controlling, and delivering NPD projects
  • Experience leading a multidisciplinary engineering design team
