Job Description

  • Achieve sales objectives and deliver business plans by working closely with the Sales Manager and team.
  • Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs, responding promptly, and offering expert advice.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding their credit status.
  • Collaborate with the Centre team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Confident and capable communicator with experience selling in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A team player with drive and determination to achieve individual and sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • IT literacy, preferably with MS Excel skills.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a motivating and inclusive workplace, talent recognition and reward, and career development pathways within the Volkswagen Group.
