Job Description
- Achieve sales objectives and deliver business plans by working closely with the Sales Manager and team.
- Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits.
- Provide exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs, responding promptly, and offering expert advice.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding their credit status.
- Collaborate with the Centre team to provide excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Confident and capable communicator with experience selling in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A team player with drive and determination to achieve individual and sales targets.
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- IT literacy, preferably with MS Excel skills.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a motivating and inclusive workplace, talent recognition and reward, and career development pathways within the Volkswagen Group.
