Job Title: Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at The Bread Factory Limited in Milton Keynes.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformational journey, shaping our innovative approaches to talent acquisition and employment branding. You will play a crucial role in crafting our new ways of working, improving the candidate experience, and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with senior leaders and managers to proactively manage recruitment needs, ensuring a pipeline of top talent.
  2. Collaborate with the People Partner to develop and implement the talent management framework, aligning with business objectives.
  3. Provide weekly and monthly reports on talent function activity, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  4. Attend weekly and monthly meetings, sharing talent performance data and insights with senior leaders.
  5. Lead a team of one direct report, working collaboratively with the wider Talent, People & L&D team.
  6. Share expertise with hiring managers to enhance the quality of hires across the organization.
  7. Use recruitment metrics to inform business decisions, delivering recommendations to senior partners.
  8. Partner with local charities and organizations to widen our talent pool, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  9. Analyze candidate feedback, implementing actions to improve the candidate experience when necessary.
  10. Develop a world-class pre-boarding and on-boarding journey, leveraging future-thinking techniques.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve job advertising, managing content and pre-boarding visuals to enhance the candidate experience.
  12. Represent The Bread Factory Limited at industry events, networking with potential hires and promoting our employer brand.
  13. Consistently maintain an active employer brand, sharing people-related content in line with guidelines.
  14. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and priorities, driving business growth.
  15. Conduct external market research and competitor analysis, delivering recommendations to senior leaders.
  16. Manage the ATS platform, ensuring seamless recruitment processes.
  17. Evaluate and improve recruitment hiring events, leveraging technology to enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition and talent management.
  2. Experience in food manufacturing recruitment, with a strong network and understanding of the industry.
  3. Management and leadership experience, with a track record of success in team management.
  4. A strong understanding of talent acquisition, talent mapping, and talent management principles.
  5. Ability to analyze data, drive change, and make informed decisions.
  6. Commercial awareness and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence senior business partners.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen effectively and demonstrate curiosity.
  8. A creative thinker, able to design and build digital recruitment campaigns.
  9. Experience in building people-related content, with a strong understanding of employment branding.
