Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Marketing Manager to join our team at Legal & General. This role is responsible for optimizing the use of Salesforce by collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • System Optimization: Continuously enhance Salesforce capabilities and functionalities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve adviser experiences.
  • Training and Support: Educate and support sales and marketing teams on best practices and new features within Salesforce.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and manage personalized adviser journeys and segmented experiences to boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the performance of campaigns and activities, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • Certified in Salesforce and Pardot (desirable)
  • Proven experience and understanding of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement configuration, customization, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Familiarity with tools that enhance marketing processes
  • Knowledge of planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of compliance and data privacy laws
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B sales and marketing dynamics
