- Training and Support: Educate and support sales and marketing teams on best practices and new features within Salesforce
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Customer Engagement: Develop and manage personalized adviser journeys and segmented experiences to boost engagement and satisfaction
- Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the performance of campaigns and activities, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Requirements
- Certified in Salesforce and Pardot (desirable)
- Proven experience and understanding of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement configuration, customization, and reporting
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data
- Familiarity with tools that enhance marketing processes
- Knowledge of planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Understanding of compliance and data privacy laws
- Experience and knowledge of B2B sales and marketing dynamics
