Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing duties, upholding operational policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety of all partners during each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing duties, upholding operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security.
- Leadership and Development: Collaborate with the store leadership team to guide great shifts, provide support to partners, and inspire the Starbucks Experience for both partners and customers. Support the growth of your partners through performance and development, coaching, and developing your team and building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs, and aspirations.
- Performance Management: Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
