As a Retail Assistant Manager at Finisterre, you will play a key role in delivering our brand vision and values. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
    • Train and coach store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Stay up-to-date with seasonal product ranges and ensure staff are knowledgeable about our products.
    • Build strong relationships with local community groups and partners to drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver successful in-store events.
  • Commercial
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with the merchandising team to optimize stock levels and drive sales.
    • Communicate effectively with the store team to ensure they understand sales targets and goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with company-wide initiatives and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Operations
    • Assist the Store Manager in ensuring the store is staffed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train and coach store staff on stock handling procedures and ensure accuracy in stock movements.
    • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
    • Assist with managing health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • People
    • Represent Finisterre's brand values and culture to the store team.
    • Develop and implement training programs to support the growth and development of store staff.
    • Maintain open and positive relationships with the Store Manager and other department teams.
    • Assist with recruiting and selecting the best candidates for the store team.
