Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store activities, including merchandise receiving and stocking, non-sales departmental work, and multi-store non-sales operations activities.
  • Support the Store Manager in coordinating new store openings, payroll/incentive plans, event planning, and contest planning and promotion.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers receive excellent service.
