Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store activities, including merchandise receiving and stocking, non-sales departmental work, and multi-store operations.
  • Support the Store Manager in coordinating new store openings, payroll and incentive plans, event planning, and contest planning and promotion.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively, meeting sales targets and customer service standards.
