Job Overview

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support our store operations. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including merchandise receiving and stocking, non-sales departmental work, and multi-store operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing non-sales departmental work.
  • Support the Store Manager in coordinating new store openings, payroll and incentive plans, event planning, and contest planning and promotion.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
