We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a key member of our in-store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a medium to large in-store team, ensuring seamless operational execution and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with other Customer Experience Managers to share best practices and drive consistency across the business.
