Job Summary
SGS Care Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care and a proven track record in managing teams and improving quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and safety standards in our children's homes.
- Mentor and support staff to achieve their full potential and maintain high levels of motivation.
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior management role in a residential care setting.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential or equivalent.
- A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (Children's and Young People's Service).
