We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager - Digital to join our team at GB News. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue across our digital offerings. Your primary objective will be to accelerate conversions, enhance engagement, and reduce churn across our digital products.

You will spearhead strategies around digital growth, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will lead high-impact marketing campaigns, optimise landing pages, and deliver personalised experiences that convert. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will refine the product roadmap and improve performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Digital Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue across our digital offerings.
  • Lead Marketing Campaigns: Execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels and platforms.
  • Optimise Landing Pages: Analyse performance data and optimise landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, media, creative, and analytics teams to shape the product roadmap and improve performance.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with cultural, business, and industry trends, becoming deeply familiar with GB News journalism and its mobile and web products.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
