About the Role:

Humres is seeking a highly experienced National Specification Manager to join their team in the architectural façade industry. As a key member of the company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling high-quality cladding, rainscreens, and render solutions to architects, contractors, and developers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers to explore new project opportunities and provide regular updates on progress and targets.
Promote and sell core and new products to key decision-makers within the construction sector.
Track upcoming developments and secure product specifications for projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to generate leads and secure specifications.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to showcase the product portfolio and expand professional networks.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they select the best solutions for their needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Specification Manager with a strong sales background within this industry.
Excellent understanding of the UK construction sector, particularly in facades, cladding, or architectural finishes.
Established relationships with key stakeholders, including architects and contractors.
Comfortable delivering CPD seminars and product training.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
