About the Job

Voyage Care is seeking a Home Support Assistant to join our residential service in Dunstable.

As a Home Support Assistant, you will work closely with individuals we support to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Our residential service is a supportive and inclusive environment, where you can make a real difference in people's lives.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £11.52 per hour, with enhancements for evening and weekend shifts.

We also offer a range of benefits, including premium overtime rates, access to a funded Blue Light Card, and 24/7/365 doctor line for colleagues and their families.

Other benefits include enhanced retirement leave and long service awards.

Responsibilities and Skills

As a Home Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals
  • Encouraging participation in local community activities
  • Teaching new life skills to enhance independence

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
