We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team in Dunstable. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities- Assisting with daily activities and personal care
- Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships with service users
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) + a variety of benefits including pension and holiday buying options
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
The estimated salary for this role is around £26,500 - £30,200 per annum, based on a 37.5 hour working week and 52 weeks per year.
