About the Role:

You will be part of a dynamic team of Support Workers and working alongside the Team Leader and PBS practitioner in providing exceptional support to an individual with autism and a learning disability. This individual requires everyday support to enjoy a quality life and you will be part of a team that helps them access the community and develop their skills within their home and out of it.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for implementing the PBS strategies under the guidance and direction of the PBS Practitioner who has assessed the individual's needs and understands the correct strategies to enable them to receive quality outcomes and empower them to fulfill their desires.

You will be a positive role model and you will bring our values to life and share our passion and commitment to always strive to find creative ways to enrich the lives of those we support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to the individual as needed
* Implement PBS strategies to promote positive behavior and empower the individual
* Work as part of a team to provide 360-degree support to the individual
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
