About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to provide individualised support to children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Provide individualised support to children with special educational needs
  • Build positive relationships with children and their parents/carers
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other staff members

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience working with children who have special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
