About the Role:
We are seeking a maintenance engineer to join our team at Trevett Professional Services Ltd. in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out hands-on duties on large mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, and more.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment, with a good understanding of health and safety and knowledge of CAFM systems. They will also possess a City and Guilds Level 3 in mechanical or heating and ventilation, and desirable qualifications in Steam/Boiler (AP) and Medical Gas (AP).

Salary and Benefits:£38,000 - £43,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out service and maintenance on commercial mechanical systems, including HVAC, Pumps, Motors, Drive Belts, Valves, and more.
  • Performing PPMs and reactive maintenance, and logging jobs and reports through CAFM systems.
  • Liaising with direct line managers over risk assessments and health and safety reports.
