Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:
New Directions Holding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our Education Staffing team, you will be responsible for providing a quality educational staff supply service to schools and education supply workers in the Kent and Medway areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Vetting: Recruit, vet, and maintain effective working relationships with candidates available for supply work within your designated area of responsibility.
- Client Relationships: Develop relationships with schools, education supply workers, and local community members to enhance our services and drive business growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Visit schools, make outbound sales calls, and promote our services to secure additional school relationships and work opportunities for registered supply staff.
- Database Management: Navigate our computer system, responding to prompts while maintaining conversations and updating the database with information.
- Administration and Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant administration, reporting, and record keeping.
- Candidate Support: Prepare quality CVs and profiles for supply staff seeking long-term work and maintain regular contact to keep them available for work.
- Branch KPIs: Adhere to branch Key Performance Indicators set by the Branch Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a billing consultancy role with full understanding of desk revenue generated as per set budget GP for individual plan.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, margin control, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AWR and ability to build quality relationships with candidates, clients, and local community.
- Education: Full driving license.
