New Directions Holding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our Primary Education Desk, you will be responsible for providing a quality educational staff supply service to schools and education supply workers in the Kent and Medway areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Vetting: Recruit, vet, and maintain effective working relationships with candidates available for supply work within your designated area of responsibility.
- Client Relationships: Develop relationships with schools, education supply workers, and local community members to enhance our services and drive business growth.
- School Visits: Visit a minimum set number of schools per week to promote our services, generate new business, and provide quality follow-up service visits for existing clients.
- Business Development: Secure additional school relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Cluster Meetings: Organize and attend Cluster Meetings to promote our services to head teachers and other school staff.
- Database Management: Update the database with information gathered during client and candidate interactions, while maintaining a disciplined and organized approach.
- Sales and Marketing: Undertake effective outbound sales calls to secure work for supply staff and convert bookings in accordance with specified processes and procedures.
- Supply Staff Management: Maintain regular contact with supply staff to keep them engaged and available for work through New Directions Holding.
- Administration and Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant administration, reporting, and record-keeping in accordance with specified processes and procedures.
- Candidate Support: Prepare suitable quality CVs and profiles for supply staff seeking long-term work.
- KPIs and Performance: Adhere to branch KPIs set by the Branch Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a billing consultancy role with a strong understanding of desk revenue generated as per set budget GP for individual plans.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, ability to build effective relationships, and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge and Certifications: Strong knowledge of AWR and ability to build quality relationships with candidates, clients, and local community members.
- Education and Training: Full driving license and willingness to participate in career development opportunities.
