We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as a Graduate Sales Apprentice at Cisco Systems, Inc. in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your sales career working for an international technology company like Cisco, gaining invaluable work experience whilst earning the same qualifications as a university graduate, including sought-after industry qualifications.

As a sales apprentice, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various sales teams within our business, supporting international brands to deliver solutions to their business problems.

You will work with and through our technology partners to drive successful Cisco solutions, analyse and unpick data to understand how telemetry is informing our business, manage projects to ensure we deliver for our customers, communicate with stakeholders, and work towards deadlines.

You will also have the chance to meet hundreds of Cisco employees from all over the world, growing your professional network by building contacts, working with the best, and learning from experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through sales teams to support international brands
  • Analyse and understand data to inform business decisions
  • Work with technology partners to drive successful solutions
  • Manage customer-facing projects
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders

About the Programme:

The programme includes a 3-month induction and business orientation, access to training and certification alongside your fully paid-for bachelor's degree, and a Lenovo or Mac laptop issued on day 1.

During the 4 years, you will have the opportunity to specialise in a specific area of sales, focusing on an area of sales or business opportunities that help you discover your ideal sales career with Cisco.

The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:

  • 2 A Levels (excluding General Studies or Critical Thinking) or a BTEC Level 3 or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE grades A* to C or grade 4-9, including English & Maths
  • Ability to legally live and work in the UK
