Are you a skilled biomedical engineer looking for a challenging role? Our client, a leading biomedical technology specialist, is seeking an experienced engineer to join their team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly successful company that supports and manages over 100,000 items of biomed equipment across the UK.

  • As a biomedical engineer, you will provide daily repair and maintenance of medical devices, ensuring outstanding customer support and building long-term relationships.
  • You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance on medical equipment, complete repairs as required, and travel to various sites to perform Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Exceeding contract KPIs is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction, and you will be expected to liaise with 3rd party suppliers for spare parts and contract quotations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in biomedical engineering, with a focus on service and repair of medical equipment.
  • Familiarity with national and local regulatory standards.
  • Qualification in engineering, electronics, or medical technologies, such as biomedical engineering.
  • Field service experience is essential.
