We are looking for an exceptional Workforce Development Lead to join our dynamic team at Rosedale Surgery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving workforce initiatives that align with our organization's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce strategies. You will be comfortable interpreting and working with data to develop understanding and insight, informing solutions that drive business results.

Key responsibilities will include providing guidance on employment law, employee relations, and organizational change, as well as leading and supporting policy implementation. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and maintain good partnerships with managers, enabling them to make informed decisions about workforce issues.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and professional development.
