This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Lead for a reputable nursing home in Lowestoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and carers to deliver high-quality care and services, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities- Lead the nursing team to achieve high standards of clinical care and governance
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- NMC registered nurse with significant post-registration experience
- Excellent clinical skills and leadership abilities
- Prior management experience or experience leading a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions
