Job Title: Premature Infant Healthcare Professional

HG Group is seeking an experienced Premature Infant Healthcare Professional to join our team in South West England.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert care to premature and critically ill newborns, ensuring their optimal growth and development. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, monitor, and care for these vulnerable infants.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the unique needs of premature and critically ill infants.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Valid registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least six months of post-qualification experience in a Neonatal setting within the past three years.
  • Specialised training or experience in Neonatal Nursing.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
  • Completion of mandatory training relevant to the role.
