Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Junction department, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met. This involves:

  • Maintaining complete knowledge of front office procedures
  • Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Training and developing a team of front office staff
  • Ensuring that our hotel's technical systems are utilized to their full potential
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum

As a Duty Manager at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh, you can expect a competitive salary, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company. We pay our employees fairly based on industry standards and location.

Background

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
