Job Overview

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the North West of the UK. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including travel agencies, vendors, and tourist offices.
  • Conduct regular agency visits and events to promote our products and services.
  • Assist the National Sales Manager in meeting sales revenue targets and budgetary and corporate KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the travel industry.
  • Experience in sales account development within the travel industry.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.

  • Paying up to £37K plus bonus of up to £15K.
  • Home-based role, covering central North West UK with frequent travel to Manchester.
