On-Trade Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an On-Trade Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth and expansion within the on-trade sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the on-trade industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a target-driven individual with a strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies that drive results.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to drive growth and expansion within the on-trade sector
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE REPEAT BUSINESS AND UPSSELL/CROSS-SELL OPPORTUNITIES
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure database alignment and maximize opportunity
- Leveraging market knowledge and trends to inform business development strategies and drive business growth
About You:
- Proven success in business development roles within the FMCG or consumer product sectors
- Strong understanding of the on-trade industry and key trends shaping the market
- Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies that drive results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, as well as a generous bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package.
