On-Trade Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled On-Trade Business Growth Specialist to join our team and drive business growth in the On-Trade sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in winning new business, strong negotiation skills, and a target-driven approach.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a proactive engagement strategy to acquire new business, leveraging a prospecting database to generate leads and contacts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure database alignment and maximize opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance impact, identify opportunities, and collaborate effectively across the sector.
- Utilizing wholesale data to strengthen and expand brand presence.
- Monitoring and responding to changes in wholesale order performance.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus travel allowance and generous bonus. In addition, you will benefit from a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
