Job Title: Global Field Marketing Leader

Job Description:

Epsilon is seeking a strategic and innovative Global Field Marketing Leader to drive the execution of field marketing, lead generation, and sales support initiatives on a global scale for Epsilon's Mid-Market team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tactical marketing program execution, including events, sponsorships, promotions, awareness initiatives, and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global field marketing strategies to support tactical marketing programs and initiatives for Epsilon Mid-Market.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute field marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and sales support programs worldwide.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing efforts.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing programs and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to drive integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the mid-market segment.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, lead generation, or related roles.
  • Proven success in executing global marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
