Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Recruit Wealth Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service Delivery: Deliver the highest possible level of client service, consistent with developing and maintaining outstanding relationships.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare documentation packs for Advisers ahead of client reviews and new client meetings.
  • Client Record Management: Keep client records updated at all times, updating client plan data and scanning any policy details or correspondence to client files.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure that financial transactions are completed correctly and files are fully FCA compliant.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with both incoming and outgoing post, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications: Experience in Financial Services and/or professional industry would be advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: A good base knowledge of IT systems including MS Office applications, and an ability to pick up technical knowledge and systems quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Polite, courteous and professional in conduct, excellent telephone manner, and strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
