**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client service and achieving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support Financial Planners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives
  • Prepare client financial plans and suitability reports to a high standard
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical support to Financial Planners
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships to ensure smooth business flow and meet agreed targets
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and internal policies
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of systems and processes to deliver high standards of client service
  • Attend regular business meetings and provide technical support as required

**Technical Aspects**

  • Prepare and compile financial analysis data for client meetings
  • Analyse client data and prepare cash flow analyses
  • Research products to support recommendations
  • Compile financial planning recommendations and suitability reports to a high standard
  • Provide technical support to Financial Planners and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties
  • Ensure client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion
  • Assist Financial Planners with client presentations and other activities as agreed
  • Manage individual workflow and task delivery
  • Assist Senior Paraplanner with annual technical reviews and due diligence of services and products
