**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners in providing exceptional client service and delivering high-quality financial planning solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support Financial Planners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives
  • Prepare client financial plans and suitability reports to a high standard
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical support to Financial Planners
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships to ensure smooth business flow and meet agreed targets
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and maintain high standards of business conduct
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of systems and processes to deliver exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with Compliance & Operations Manager and Client Services Manager to achieve business objectives

**Technical Aspects**

  • Prepare and compile financial analysis data for client meetings
  • Analyse client data and prepare cash flow analyses
  • Research products to support recommendations and compile financial planning recommendations
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met
  • Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties
  • Manage individual workflow and task delivery
  • Assist Senior Paraplanner with annual technical reviews and due diligence of services and products

**Requirements**

  • Level 4 qualified Paraplanner or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
