Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at Jobwise Ltd, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients and understanding their business needs. This role requires strong accountability for owning and developing a candidate talent pool that suits the needs of your hiring clients. Collaborating with our in-house marketing team, you will utilise the latest technology to develop regular warm leads.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development activities: Help drive continued business growth by client retention and new client acquisition
  • Market mapping and targeting ideal prospects
  • Regularly meet with new and existing clients to build relationships and understand their business needs
  • Strong accountability for owning and developing a candidate talent pool that suits the needs of your hiring clients
  • Collaborating with our in-house marketing team, utilising the latest technology to develop regular warm leads
  • Manage and grow a busy temporary and permanent multi-sector client base across the North West
  • Achieve agreed weekly and monthly KPIs in sales and recruitment performance
Salary and Career Opportunities

As a Recruitment Consultant at Jobwise Ltd, you can expect a competitive starting salary with an estimated OTE of £50K+ within your first 12-24 months. Established Recruitment Consultants regularly earn OTE £70,000+. Enjoy a range of benefits including 24 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing to 29 days with service, plus your birthday off. We offer hybrid work arrangements, monthly commission, quarterly bonuses, annual profit share, attendance bonuses, and more.
