We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as an Emergency Support Specialist. In this role, you will work with patients who call our 111 service, providing essential support and guidance to help them navigate their health concerns.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As an Emergency Support Specialist, you will work closely with the wider team to assess patient needs and provide the best possible care.

The salary for this role is approximately £24,500 per year (£11.70 per hour), with opportunities for overtime and unsocial hours payments. You will also receive 27 days' annual leave, rising to 33 days, as well as access to the NHS pension scheme and employee assistance program.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English, or equivalent experience. You should also have experience working in a customer-facing environment and using a telephone as a regular means of communication.
